let us tell you how this Flame Shakk sweet potato pie story began. Jean was inspired by her brother Jim’s sweet tooth. She was ten years of age when her baking journey began. Jean taught herself how to bake. She sold cupcakes throughout the neighborhood. OH ‘boy did she love to bake. Jean was a natural at baking cakes and pies. Jean enjoyed baking pies and cakes so much she baked for coffee shop at church. Jean’s cakes and pies was a delicious treat at the two restaurants she owned.
